Bedroom 1 – King bed with desk and chair, perfect for remote work
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with soft linens and Smart TV
Bedroom 3 – Bunk bed with full-size bottom and twin top, great for kids or flexible sleeping
All bedrooms include Smart TVs and sound machines for restful sleep (light road noise may be heard from the nearby highway)
Portable crib with fitted sheet provided for little ones
High chair available for family mealtimes

One full bathroom with shower/tub combo
Stocked with towels, washcloths, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup wipes

Rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation
$300 security deposit hold required prior to arrival
Payments securely managed through OwnerRez (Stripe processing)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
