All reservations require a signed Rental Agreement and a $300 security deposit hold, which must be completed within 24 hours of booking.

As a API-connected host, we are securely collect this information through our trusted property management system. After booking, you'll automatically receive an email with a link to our secure guest portal where you can complete the Rental Agreement and authorize the refundable security deposit hold.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
